asian dumpling broth bowl


1 bag Vegetable Dumpling with Edamame in a Sweet & Sour Sauce
2 cup Vegetable Stock
¼ cup Carrots, sliced thin
½ cup Snap Peas
1 tbsp Green Onions, sliced thin
1 cup Bean Sprouts

Jalapeño, sliced thin to taste
Cilantro leaves to taste
Lime, wedges 1 each


  1. In a small sauce pan over medium heat, bring the vegetable stock to a light simmer.
  2. Follow the steam bag cooking instructions.
  3. Add your carrots, snap peas, bean sprouts to your bowl.
  4. When the steam bag finishes cooking, pour the contents of the bag into the bowl, on top of the other ingredients.
  5. Pour the hot vegetable stock over the dumplings and other ingredients; stir a few times to mix.
  6. Garnish to taste with lime, cilantro and sliced jalapeño.

Be careful handling the dish, it will be hot.
