asian dumpling & vegetable stir fry


1 bag Vegetable Dumpling with Edamame in a Sweet & Sour Sauce
½ cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
1 cup Broccoli, cut into florets
½ cup Snap Peas
¼ cup Carrots, shaved thin with a peeler
¼ cup Red Onion, sliced thin
1 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tsp Soy Sauce


  1. Heat a medium nonstick frying pan over medium high heat and add the canola oil.
  2. Follow the steam bag cooking instructions.
  3. Increase the heat of the pan to high.
  4. Add the vegetables and soy sauce to the pan, stirring very often while it cooks.
  5. When the steam bag has finished and the vegetables have been lightly cooked, add the contents of the steam bag to the pan and stir well to coat everything with the sauce.

Be careful handling the dish, it will be hot.
